Cameron Ditch: diverts water from the west slope at the summit of Cameron Pass. Water <br />collected is diverted directly into Joe Wright Creek, through Chambers Lake, a tributary of the Cache la <br />Poudre River. <br />Grand River Ditch: diverts water from the headwaters of the Colorado River on the west slope <br />of the Never Summer Mountains in the Kawuneeche Valley in Rocky Mountain National Park. (The Park <br />was expanded and the ditch easement was effectively annexed into the Park 40 years after construction <br />and operations began.) The water diverted is delivered into La Poudre Pass Creek, through Long Draw <br />Reservoir, then into the Big South Fork of the Cache la Poudre. <br />Skyline Ditch: diverts water from the headwaters of the West Fork of the Laramie River directly <br />into Chambers Reservoir, then into Joe Wright Creek and the Cache la Poudre River. <br />Rawah Ditch: diverts water from the west slope of the Laramie River Valley above Glendevey, <br />CO into the 2.15 mile long Laramie-Poudre Tunnel. The tunnel discharges that water into the Cache la <br />Poudre River at Highway 14 at a point 1.9 miles west or uphill from the CDOT maintenance facility and <br />5.4 miles east or downhill from its intersection with CR103 (the Glendevey or Laramie River Road). That <br />point is about 46 miles west on Highway 14 from the intersection of Highway 287 and Highway 14 at <br />Ted's Place. <br />Laramie-Poudre Tunnel: The Company is the majority stockholder (with 300 of 450 shares outstanding) <br />and controlling operator of the Tunnel Water Company. The Rawah Ditch and the Laramie-Poudre <br />Tunnel are assets of the Tunnel Water Company. <br />Jackson Ditch: The Company is the controlling operator and a minority stockholder of the Jackson Ditch <br />Company. The Company receives its prorate share, based on its ownership of 6.25 of 24 total shares, of <br />Jackson Ditch water as delivered to Long Pond Reservoir. That water is utilized in the Company's system <br />via exchange from Douglass or Cobb Reservoir (Windsor Res. and Canal Co.) On average, the Company's <br />annual share of Jackson Ditch water is about 1,500 acre-feet. <br />Other facilities: The Company owns a 1600 square-foot office building at 2319 E. Mulberry Ave., a <br />corporate yard with Butler-type steel building near the intersection of the Larimer County Canal and <br />Terry Lake Road (Highway 1) in North Fort Collins, 3 mountain cabins and 3 small houses for Company <br />staff (ditch riders), assorted reservoir gate houses, assorted office furniture and equipment and both <br />rubber-tired and tracked construction equipment, 2 dump trucks and 6 pickups. <br />WSSC - GRD at Windy Pt & Kluver/Travis Rd Projects 6 <br />December 2008 <br />
