alternative 3 as the preferred alternative for the Kluver Reservoir Outlet/Travis Road Embankment <br />Project. <br />Cost Estimates <br />See Appendix H attached. <br />Implementation Schedule <br />Grand River Ditch at Windv Point Pipe Proied <br />The Company will construct this project between July 1 and September 30, 2009. <br />Kluver Reservoir Outlet/Travis Road Embankment Project <br />Larimer County Road & Bridge will let bids in January and select a contractor about February 15, 2009. <br />Construction will begin shortly thereafter and be complete no later than June 1, 2009. <br />Permitting <br />Grand River Ditch at Windv Point Pipe Project <br />As described before, the project site lies within Rocky Mountain National Park. The construction and all <br />the related activity, staging of materials and equipment, will occur within the Company's 1891 Act <br />Easement. The Park has been briefed on the project and will be further advised from time to time as the <br />plans are completed and an alternative is selected. This project is a maintenance activity and permitted <br />under the easement terms and Colorado law. As long as we stay within our pre-existing easement, no <br />Federal action or decision is required and no additional permits are required. <br />Kluver Reservoir Outlet/Travis Road Embankment Project <br />Except for a stormwater runoff permit, we believe no other permits are required. The County has <br />assumed responsibility for any permitting required.
