These responsibilities also inclu.de timrly completion of your approved statement of work <br />as approved in your grant application. Should you not adhere ~o these responsibilities, you will be in <br />violation of the terms of this awa.rd <br />The funds awarded by this FEMA 76-10a for the prc+gram are available for obligation by the recipient <br />only during the period June l, 2005 through Septer.nber 30, 2007. The recipient is not authorized to <br />incur new obligations after the expiration date shown unless a new expiration date is established by <br />FEMA in a letter signed by the FEMA Assista~lce Oflicer or through issuance of a new FEMA 76-10a. <br />~ <br />
