Tl~ie SPR is to describe the issue and propose possible <br />resolutions. (For additional information on SPRs, refer to Appendix M, Subsection M.2.1.1 of Guidelines <br />and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Parine~rs.) <br />Additionally, the NSP sha11 collect and maintain a set of products for all Activities and shall compile a <br />comprehensive TSDN for the entire project. <br />• 5ection 3-Period of Performance <br />The mapping ~ctivities documented in this MA,S will lbegin on 1V~ay 20, 2005, and will be completed no <br />later than September 30, 2007. The mapping a.ctivities may be terminated at the option of FEIVIA or <br />CWCB in accordance with the provisions of the Partn~ership Agreement dated July 15, 2002. <br />Section 4-Ftanding/Cost-Sharing <br />~ <br />FEMA is provnding funding in the amount of $255,00~.00 to CWCB for the completion of the Flood Map <br />Project documented in this MAS. CWCB shall proviale $45,000.00 for the effort required to complete the <br />assigned activities for this Flood Map Project. <br />INlontezuma County has contributed close to $tt0,000 t:oward the restudy effort on the Dolores Valley and <br />is also providing base map data for this project. The City of Cor~ez has contributed about $50,000 toward <br />the restudy of their five flooding sources as well as ba~e map data. As such, the local communities will <br />rnot be contribtnting in cash to this project, though the significant in-kind contrubution is noted. A separate <br />MAS will document the incorporation of the Dolores'Valley and Cortez restudy efforts. <br />SecNon 5-Standards <br />The standards ~elevant to this MAS are provide,d in Ta~bles 5-1 and 5-2. Information on the correct <br />volume, appendix, section, or subsection of the, FEMA~ Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard <br />Mcapping Parmers to be referenced for each mapping activity are summarized in Table 5-2.
