How does the project affect the protection and <br />conservation of the natural environment, <br />including the protection of open space? <br />10. Non-decreed values may include things <br />such as non-decreed water rights or uses, <br />recreational uses, and soil/land conservation <br />practices. <br />11. Identify any intrabasin conflicts and how they <br />will be addressed. <br />13. Identify any interbasin impacts and how any <br />conflicts would be addressed. <br />14. Thei r meeti ng locations <br />alternate between Meeker, Craig, and Steamboat <br />Springs. <br />Processes for Receiving, Considering, and <br />Approving WSRA Applications: <br />Contact Person: Tom Sharp <br />Phone: 970 879-1482 <br />e-mail: sharpCsharpsteinke.com <br />Timeline/ Calendar: The Yampa/White BRT will <br />consider WSRA applications at any of their quarterly <br />meetings. All applications are first presented for <br />information purposes atone meeting, and then <br />considered for vote of approval at a subsequent <br />meeting. The Yampa/White BRT may choose to <br />refer an application to a Committee of the Yampa/ <br />White BRT. <br />Process: Applicants should prepare an application <br />form used by the State IBCC and CWCB and contact <br />the Chair to get time on an upcoming Yampa/White <br />BRT agenda. <br />Communication o f Roundtable Approval: Letter <br />from Chairperson drafted by the applicant. <br />Applicants should work with the Chairperson to <br />ensure the approval letter is submitted to CWCB. <br />8
