Funds shall not be used to solely advance the cause of the project proponents. <br />None of the funding for this project will be used for legal assistance or to advance a cause. Instead, the <br />proposed activities are demonstration projects to determine the viability of leasing strategies. <br />e) A minimum of a 10 percent cash match of total project cost (past expenditures and "in kind" can not be <br />counted toward the 10 percent match). <br />Please see attached Letter of Support from the City of Aurora, which has agreed to a cash match in the <br />amount of $10,000. Please also see the attached cost share commitment from the Lower Arkansas <br />Valley Water Conservancy District, which has agreed to a cash match of $2,320. Total cash matching is <br />$12,320to be applied tothe $123,203 project cost. <br />13
