Water Supply Reserve Account - Grant Application Form <br />Form Revised May 2007 <br />Water Availabilitv and Sustainability - this information is needed to assess the viability and effectiveness of the <br />water project or activity. Please provide a description of each water supply source to be utilized for, or the water <br />body- to be affected by, the water activity. For water supply sources being utilized, describe its location, vgeld, <br />extent of development, and water right status. For water bodies being affected, describe its location, extent of <br />development, and the expected effect of the water activity on the water body, in either case, the analysis should <br />take into consideration a reasonable range of hydrologic variation. <br />Commercial Well permit # 66887-F <br />Depth: 430' <br />Pump to be installed at 400' <br />Located on an easement on a water system members lot at 257 Trust Dr. at Vallecito. <br />Parcel Number: 537720105006 (see attachment for section B.4. System Location) <br />The System has contracted with Pine River Irrigation District (PRID) for 30 acre-feet of water annually, initially in <br />the amounts of 8 acre-feet of Leased Water and 22 acre-feet of Standbv Water. <br />Summary of Quantity Report <br />The well was pumped with an 80 gallon per minute pump for 15 hours. The water level dropped three feet <br />per hour. At the end of the test the well returned to it's static level of eleven feet below the surface in <br />fifteen minutes. This well has excellent water supply for our purposes. Documentation of test results is <br />available upon request. <br />Surmnai of Quality Report <br />The report has been interpreted by Clint Brooks of Brooks Well Service, Inc. and by John Green of Green <br />Analytical Laboratories, Inc. as being excellent water and not too hard or too soft. <br />Documentation of test results is available upon request. <br />13
