CPA has obtained an extension of time until October <br />31 to file its opening brief in its appeal concerning the amended tribal reserved water rights <br />decrees. <br />2. Division 3 Confined Aquifer New Use Rules <br />Argument before the Colorado Supreme Court is set for December 4, 2007. <br />3. Great Sand Dunes National Park 2004cw35 (3). <br />In this case, the CWCB and SEO, among other parties, are generally supporting the United <br />States' application for an in place ground water right based upon the Congress' clear direction as <br />part of the enabling act for the National Park.
