(Ben <br />Wade) <br />REQUESTS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF ISF WATER RIGHTS: Staff, on behalf of the <br />Board, placed calls for administration of the following ISF water rights. Staff was alerted to low flow <br />conditions via the flow alert system. The Division Engineers have worked diligently to enforce the calls <br />through the curtailment of junior rights and/or through the implementation of various augmentation plans. <br />Stream ISF Case <br /> Date of Call Administration results: <br />Name Number <br /> The water commissioner curtailed three <br /> Multiple ditches and three unadjudicated ponds. In addition, 5 small <br />Slate River 4-80CW092 October 3, 2008 <br /> augmentation ponds released water to the <br /> Slate and a number of irrigation rights were <br /> curtailed on October 3 Otis <br /> 5-76W2950 The water commissioner curtailed 7 onds and <br />p <br />Roaring Fork <br />Ri r <br />ve 5-76W2949 September 2, 2008 10 ditches on the Roaring Fork River for a net <br /> gain of approximately 6 cfs. <br /> 5-76W2948 <br /> The Division Engineer had questions <br /> regarding the accuracy of the gage data upon <br /> which the call was based. Subsequent <br /> 6-77W1331 measurements by the USGS indicated that a <br />Elk River Au ust 29 2008 <br />g ~ shift was necessar and flows were hi her <br />y g <br /> 6-77W 1279 than previously indicated.
