The past leas es by the High Line Ca nal Company indicate the <br />potential for future success. Staff recommends funding up to $70,000 for the High Line <br />Canal Water Leasing Project contingent on reso lution of the items in the issues/additional <br />needs section. <br />If the Board grants partial funding, the applicant will need to describe in writing which <br />funding sources will be used to make up the s hortfall. Alternativel y, the applicant could <br />provide the CWCB with a revised scope of wo rk and an explanation of how the revised <br />scope will provide a delivera ble that is consistent with goals of the Alternative <br />Agricultural Transfers program. <br /> It should be noted that past costs cannot be reimbursed.
