Yampa/White Sandwash basin coalbed methane $118,835 To fund up to $98,835 production depletive effects on from the Statewide water resources Account and up to $20,000 from the Yampa/White Basin Account Background During this agenda item the Board will be provided a brief overview of the applications that are requesting money from the WSRA. Attachments to this memo include: Tables summarizing account balances and funding requests Water Activity Summary Sheets which provide an overview, discussion, issues/additional needs and staff recommendation regarding funding, partial funding, or not funding the application Copies of the full applications, Basin R oundtble approval letter s, and any supporting documentation provided by the applicants Staff’s review of the applications involv ed the following procedures and steps: 1. The applications were reviewed for complete ness based on the information requirements, which are outlined in Part 2 of the Criteria and Guidelines igibility 2. The applications were reviewed to ve rify that the water activity met the el requirements threshold criteria in Section 39-29-108 (III) C.R.S. and the outlined in the Criteria and Guidelines 3. The applications for Statewide Account fundi ng were reviewed for conformance with the evaluation criteria found in Part 3 of the Criteria and Guidelines 4. Staff then prepared the Water Activity Summa ry Sheet which documents the outcome of the review process and contai ns staff’s recommendations 2
