Yampa/White Sandwash basin coalbed methane $118,835 To fund up to $98,835 <br />production depletive effects on from the Statewide <br />water resources Account and up to $20,000 <br />from the Yampa/White <br />Basin Account <br />Background <br />During this agenda item the Board will be provided a brief overview of the applications that are <br />requesting money from the WSRA. Attachments to this memo include: <br />Tables summarizing account balances and funding requests <br />Water Activity Summary Sheets which provide an overview, discussion, issues/additional <br />needs and staff recommendation regarding funding, partial funding, or not funding the <br />application <br />Copies of the full applications, Basin R oundtble approval letter s, and any supporting <br />documentation provided by the applicants <br />Staff’s review of the applications involv ed the following procedures and steps: <br />1. The applications were reviewed for complete ness based on the information requirements, <br />which are outlined in Part 2 of the Criteria and Guidelines <br />igibility <br />2. The applications were reviewed to ve rify that the water activity met the el <br />requirements threshold criteria <br />in Section 39-29-108 (III) C.R.S. and the outlined in <br />the Criteria and Guidelines <br />3. The applications for Statewide Account fundi ng were reviewed for conformance with the <br />evaluation criteria found in Part 3 of the Criteria and Guidelines <br />4. Staff then prepared the Water Activity Summa ry Sheet which documents the outcome of <br />the review process and contai ns staff’s recommendations <br />2 <br />
