Written Comment Deadline <br /> <br />Twenty copies of all public written comments must be delivered to the CWCB office at 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room #721, Denver, CO 80203 by the close of business (5:00 p.m .) on <br />December 30, 2008 . The CWCB will accept and consider late written comments and day - of - <br />hearing written comments, but any person who fails to deliver written comments by the <br />December 30, 2008 deadline will not be entitled to make a Scheduled Oral Pres entation, as <br />described below. <br /> <br />Oral Presentations <br /> <br />The opportunity for two types of oral presentations will be available to the public. The first, <br />referred to as Scheduled Oral Presentation, will be an assign ment of a 15 minute time period on <br />the agenda . (NOTE: Time may be reduced depending upon the number of people seeking a <br />Scheduled Oral Presentation.) The second, referred to as General Public Comment, will be <br />allo tted three minutes or less (determined by the available time and number of speakers) a nd <br /> <br /> <br />Scheduled Oral Presentations are available for persons who deliver their written comments to the <br />CWCB on or before December 30, 2008 and who attend the January __, 2009 prehearing <br />conference. Anyone that submits writt en comme nts by December 30, 2008 but cannot attend the <br />prehearing conference may make a written request for a Scheduled Oral Presentation on or before <br />January __, 2009, but will have to accept whatever time slot is available after those atten ding the <br />prehearing conference have been assigned a time slot. <br /> <br />Contents of Written Comments <br /> <br />Written comments may include any written data, views or arguments concerning the proposed <br />amendments to the Rules Concerning the Colorado Instream Flow and Natura l Lake Level <br />Program, and may contain alternative amendments, legal arguments or briefs, and materials <br />prepared by persons other than the submitter. <br /> <br />PROPOSED AGENDA OF RULEMAKING HEARING <br /> <br />1: 3 0 p .m.
