h. Ken Neubecker noted that if consumptive uses do not take the Roundtable process seriously, <br />it won't amount to much. Bill Bates of Denver Water noted that the Roundtables have some <br />indirect influence on consumptive users. <br />i. Tom Clark stated that the Roundtable process will be successful if it provides clear, unbiased <br />information and educational outreach. <br />j. Lane Wyatt noted that non-consumptive water needs are being addressed in the Water <br />Availability Study, and that the Grand County Stream Management Plan is being <br />incorporated into a Wild and Scenic study of the Colorado River. <br />k. Jewlya Lynn summarized member comments as follows: <br />1. Concrete outcomes: <br />i. The non consumptive needs assessment being prepared. <br />ii. The CBRT is learning about other Roundtables and basins. <br />iii. Education. <br />2. More nebulous outcomes: Protect non consumptive needs and agriculture. <br />3. More nebulous still: How does the CBRT Resolve conflict since it lacks legal authority. <br />1.
