Division 3 Confined Aquifer New Use Rules <br />The Water Court granted an award of costs to the State Engineer and the supporting parties. <br />Counsel for Opposers Cotton Creek Circles have state they plan to appeal the ruling on legal <br />grounds. <br />3. Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park Reserved R~hts Case, No. O1 CW45 Water <br />Division 4 <br />The parties continue negotiation, with a continued stay in litigation during that time. <br />4. Kansas v. Colorado <br />Kansas' exceptions to the Final Special Master's Report is before the United States Supreme <br />Court.
