I lotcl, 800 Eleventh Street, Golden, CO 80401. "I~he meeting was called to order by ('hair, "Kravis Smith.
Bight voting members were present at the call to order, so a quorum was present (at least G required).
Voting members present were Chair'1"ravis Smith, Vice Chair Don Schwindt, Harris Sherman, Keith
Catlin, John Redifer, Carl Prick, [;ric Wilkinson. and Geoff Blakeslee. Barbara Biggs arrived aRcr the

Action: A motion was made by Flarris Sherman and seconded by Eric Wilkinson to approve staff
recommendation that the Board award a Water Efficiency Grant in the amount of
$258,672 over the next two years to the Colorado Watershed Network (('WN) to aid in
achieving their goal to educate Colorado K-12 students and teachers about water and the
importance of using this resource wisely. Barbara Biggs was not present for this motion.

recommendation that the Board award a Water Ef"ficicncy Grant in the amount of
$ I GU,000 over the next two years to CW WC to aid in achieving their goal to develop and
deliver broad water conservation programs and educational information, to he a clearing
house for the latest technical information and science on water conservation to water
providers, professionals, and other key stakeholders, and to foster additional partnership
opportunities between the CW W(' and CWCB. Barbara Biggs was not present for this
motion. 1~he motion was approved unanimously (8-U).
