9.3 Summary of outputs from water availability results from simulations.
9.4 Provision of model inputs and outputs for scenarios on web based server.
Task 1Q: Phase I Re ortin
Objective:
The objective of Task 10 is to finalize documentation of activities and results of Phase I and
provide for a final warkshop with those involved in the Study.
Background:
Tasks 1 through 9 will provide individual activities and corresponding results pertaining to
project management, literature reviews, glossary and map generation, CDSS model review,
model refinement, alternate historical hydrology, alternate hydrology of climate and forest
change, Colorado River Compact analyses, and preliminary assessments of Phase I water
availability. Task 10 will combine and condense this information from individual tasks into one
final Phase I report.
Approach:
10.1 Draft Phase IReport - Prepare a draft report summarizing the background, methods,
assumptions, and results of Phase I activities from Tasks 1 through 4. Submit the draft
report to CWCB and BRTIIBCC staff for review and comment, and collect written
suggestionslcomments.
10.2 Workshop -_Prepare for and participate in a workshop far CWCB and BRT/IBCC staff
and others involved in the Study to share primary components of the draft report. The
workshop will be held in conjunction with aregularly-scheduled IBCC meeting at the
time and location of the regularly-scheduled IBCC meeting. Collect and summarize
input from CWCB and BRT/IBCC staff during the workshop in the form of meeting
notes.
10.3 Final Phase IReport -Based on written suggestions/comments (Task 10.1) and verbal
suggestions/comments (Task 10.2) from CWCB and BRT/IBCC staff, prepare a final
report summarizing the background, methods, assumptions, and results of Phase I
activities. The cost estimate assumes that only one document review cycle and one
workshop review cycle with the CWCB and BRT/IBCC staff will be rewired and that
modifications will not be substantial.
Deliverables:
10.1 Draft Phase I Report.
Colorado Riper Water Availability Study Scope 2$ $128120fl8
CRWAS Ahase] Contract Scope EX A Final
