Call to Order - 08:30 a.m. Director
A Special Executive Session of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was
held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, Colorado 80203, at 08:30 a.m., Monday, July
14, 2008. Two voting members were present so a quorum was not present (at least six required).
Board members present on this date were Carl Trick and Eric Wilkinson. Also present were
Jennifer Gimbel (CWCB Director), Dan McAuliffe (CWCB Deputy Director) and Dick Wolff
(State Engineer).
Executive Session Item - Interviews of Applicants for Position of Intrastate Water Management
Section Chief.
The Board members present interviewed the applicants and discussed their qualifications for the
position of Intrastate Water Management Section Chief in an Executive Session. No recordings
or minutes were made or kept of the interviews.
