CWCB Construction Fund Loan Application

Attachment 3 provides a description of the PAWSD existing water supply facilities.
Operational/maintenance problems include an ongoing leak detection program and
replacement and upgrades to aging infrastructure. The SJWCD currently has no existing
water supply facilities, therefore, no operational or maintenance problems exist. Maps of
the SJWCD and PAWSD service areas are provided as Attachments 4 and 5
respectively. PAWSD has applied for a CWCB water conservation program plan
development grant.

The Dry Gulch Reservoir Project will be located approximately two miles north of
historic downtown Pagosa Springs along US Highway 160 in Archuleta County,
Colorado. See Attachment 6 for a Project Map.
