The original company, Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company, was incorporated in 1890. In 2007,
the Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company sold its stock in the Tunnel Water Company. Through
this transaction, WRCC, Inc. was cr eated with all the assets of th e original Windsor Reservoir and
Canal Company with the exception of the Tunnel Water Company stock.
Water Rights
Table 1 lists the storage rights currently owned by the Company.

Project Description
A range of alternatives were considered fo r both the dam crest and spillway channel.
Dam crest options:
Alternative 1: Bring the dam to the standard that wa s thought to exist when construction was
completed. This alternative invo lves filling in the low areas that were discovered in a 1997
survey.
