After the meeting, <br />CVVCB staff encouraged the Districts to provide comments in writing to the CVVCB Board <br />for review. Accordingly, we provide the CVVCB with the following comments regarding the <br />proposed rule change to ISF Rule Si: <br />1. Both the current ISF rules and proposed rules allow CVVCB staff to negotiate <br />pretrial resolution when the CVVBC has filed a statement of apposition to an application. <br />VUhetherthepretrial resolution requires CVVCB Board approval depends upon the impact <br />on the ISF right and the proposed remedy. Those instances are: <br />A. No injury; <br />B, Injury with mitigation; and, <br />C. Injury with modification to the ISF decree. <br />Comments on Rule Si <br />Page 1 <br />
