If the proposed project or planning effort is implemented, will it have measurable results
that have a significant impact on improving the health of the watershed and/or protectin g
life and property from flood hazards? (Maximum of 20 points)

Is the proposal well thought out and will the proposal implementation steps really
accomplish the stated goals of the proposal. (Maximum of 10 points)

Is the proposed project or planning effo rt anticipated timeline realistic? (Maximum of 10
points)

Does the project or planning effort have multiple objectives (Maximum of 10 points)
