Pipeline to the confluence with the Yampa River to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable

IMAGING: The volume and type of information available though CWCB's document imaging system
continues to expand, with the addition of the CDSS collection of documentsldataletc. and the Alternative
Agricultural Water Transfers Grant Program materials. Furthermore, the Section continues to work with
CSU in the digitization of archived library documents, which will soon be available on the Internet though
CSU's Water Resources Archive. Using Severance Tax funds provided by the CWCB, CSU was able to
process and image the following (totaling nearly 8,000 pages/items): papers of Delph E. Carpenter and
family (48 maps), Larimer County District Court Map Collection (309 maps), Ival V. Goslin Water
Resources Collection (956 slides and 4800 pages), Groundwater Data Collection (380 slides and 51
pages) and the Colorado Water Congress Collection (1400 pages). (Ray Alvarado)
PERSONNEL UPDATES: The CWCB Watershed Protection & Flood Mitigation Section is pleased
to announce that Cristina Martinez has been selected to fill the vacant Community Assistance Program
Coordinator position. She reported for duty on September 8ti~, and was hired as a Physical Science
