The Amendment will be on the November 4th ballot. The proposed <br />Amendment will require the state legislature to spend a portion of state severance tax collections on <br />highway and transportation proj ects. <br />This Amendment will have a direct impact on the Colorado Water Conservation Board's <br />Water Project Loan Program. The presentation and discussion will be led by Executive Director <br />Harris Sherman or his representative. <br />Attached for your information is the proposed Amendment and a Summary and Fiseal <br />Analysis prepared by Legislative Council. <br />Water Supply Protection • Flood Protection • Stream & Lake Protection • Water Supply Planning & Finance <br />Water Conservation & Drought Planning • Intrastate Water Management & Development <br />
