Presentation on Northern Integrated Supply Project (NISP)
Recommendation
This is an informational item and no Board action is requested.
Introduction
At the July 22, 2008 CWCB meeting, a presentation on the Northern Integrated Supply Project
("NISP") was provided by a representative of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District, with subsequent Board discussion. Prior to the meeting, other interested parties were
contacted and invited to attend and/or present to the Board. Due to the meeting being held in
Cortez, not all parties were able to attend and present. The Board requested that this item be
revisited at the September meeting to ensure that all parties are able to present.
At the time this memorandum was written, one presentation is expected from Gary Wockner,
representing Save the Poudre.
