Fish and Wildlife Resources Fund In 1987, HB 87-1158 created the Fish and Wildlife Resources Fund, also known as the "Mitigation" Fund, in the Construction Fund. Procedures for obtaining mitigation grant approval are found under section 3 7-60-122.2, CRS . Non-reimbursable expenditures totaling $10.35 million have been approved by the Board from the Mitigation Fund for mitigation plans approved by the Division of Wildlife. These disbursements are listed below. The current balance in the Fund is $3.39 million.
