Consent Agenda Item 2.b <br />Case No. 5-08C~U07: Application of the Eagle River ~Uater and Sanitation District <br />Application Summary <br />This is an application for reasonable diligence for conditional water rights, and to make these <br />water rights absolute portions of the conditional water rights, for in-channel diversions for <br />recreational purposes. The C~UCB worked with the Attorney General's Office to request <br />documentation of the flow amounts and the recreational uses that occurred at different flow <br />amounts; however, we have not yet received this documentation. Thus, the CWCB Staff worked <br />with the Office of the Attorney General to file a statement of opposition, in part to hold the <br />applicant to strict proof. <br />
