In response to your September 10, 2008 notice to me regarding the proposed ratification of
the CWCB's statement of opposition in Division No. 5 Case No. 08CW077, the Eagle River Water
and Sanitation District does not understand the reason for the CWCB's opposition. All of the
augmentation sources are existing storage facilities that are upstream of all of the points
of diversion. We would appreciate it if you could bring this to the board's attention as we
will not be in attendance at this meeting.
