During this meeting the planning committee finalized the survey format and questions; <br />developed the basic structure of the focus groups; and generated a list of groups and individuals <br />to participate in the survey, task force, and focus groups. As the WETF initiative progressed, <br />the original Planning Committee grew into the larger `Task Force'.
