Chatfield Reallocation Coordination Meeting
June 3, 2008

General Announcements:

1. The CWCB is transmitting the approved change order ($1 OOk) to the Corps
tomorrow.

2. The Tetra Tech contract is funded, paid up, and there are no anticipated "stop
work" orders.

3. Eric has $34k remaining in the Chatfield account for internal Corps purposes
(prior to the $100k deposit). He plans to use $8k

4. Eric Laux will be on vacation and unavailable from June 6th to June 1 ih.

5. Tom will be out of town and unavailable Chatfield project.

6. Corps comments on chapter 4 are being transmitted to Tetra Tech at the end of
this week. Comments will be incorporated into Preliminary Draft chapter 4 and
will be transmitted to Cooperators/Advisors once TT has incorporated Corps
comments (possibly one week after they receive the document).

7. Transfer of 2,000 AF of storage space from Parker was approved by the CWCB
on June 21 S\ and parties have signed (or will sign) the agreements. Mt. Carbon is
now an official water user and will participate as such. We may need a few more
signatures on the waiver and release document. Update from Kristi or Ronda?

8. Project tasks and schedule: Be thinking about questions you would like to ask
Eric on Thursday while he is here for the Progress meeting. Examples:
explanation about timing for chapters 4 & 5, status of environmental mitigation
plan, water quality modeling, release of Draft EIS, etc.

9. Seismic Issues: I spoke with John Palensky today (Corps PM for WLA Ground
Motion Study) and he informed me that the draft report for Chatfield has been
reviewed internally by the Omaha District and is now being reviewed by an
independent expert in Kansas City this week. Comments will be sent to WLA for
incorporation possibly next week. The revised draft will then be sent to the
Technical Review Committee shortly after that. Eric is checking with Corps
structural engineers to officially determine if the outlet tower is a "critical"
structure.
