Chatfield Reallocation Coordination Meeting
May 6, 2008

General Announcements:

1. The CWCB and Corps are working out the details for a $1 OOk change order. The
State should have everything finalized, signed and to the Corps by Mid May.

2. The Tetra Tech contract is funded, paid up, and there are no anticipated "stop
work" orders.

3. Eric Laux has been the designated "Acting Section Chief' lately and has not
billed very many hours to the Chatfield project.

4. Corps comments on chapter 4 are being transmitted to Tetra Tech at the end of
this week. Comments will be incorporated into Preliminary Draft chapter 4 and
will be transmitted to Cooperators/Advisors once TT has incorporated Corps
comments (possibly one week after they receive the document).

5. Seismic Issues: I spoke with John Palensky (Corps PM for WLA Ground Motion
Study) and he informed me that the draft report for Chatfield will be sent to the
Corps tomorrow. John will let me know when I am allowed to see the study.

6. Transfer of 2,000 AF of storage space from Parker: Parties are working on
appropriate agreements and documents in preparation for the May 20th CWCB
meeting in Glenwood Springs. All parties are welcome to attend the meeting to
witness discussion and/or provide support/comments.
