In order to accommodate construction starting later this year, all surveying and <br />engineering will need to be completed prior to CWCB funding. <br /> <br />As the loan requester (owner / applicant) is required to have 10% participation, and that engineering fees <br />are allowable in the loan package, LPCDC will defray the cost of the surveying and engineering fees in <br />advance of the CWCB funding, which will be approximately 5% of the project cost. <br /> <br />The construction schedule is anticipated to take 2 years to complete. There is an approximate 120 day <br />"window" of construction days per season, as the LPCDC desires to operate during the Spring and Summer <br />months. Construction will take place during the Fall and Winter months, when the structure is typically <br />shut down for the season. <br /> <br />The attached schedule in this section shows the anticipated construction activities.
