Windsor Dam, DAMID 030335, September 28, 2004

Course of Action #3 is to fill the low areas and conduct a hydrologic study using current methods.
This course of action would be required if a study under Course of Action #2 demonstrated the current
spillway is not adequate. The owner might do the construction and pursue a new study to Team how the
results compare with the old study.
Another item discussed during this meeting was the spillway channel easement. We believe the
' company has addressed the necessary easement for the downstream spillway channel. The centerline and
boundary of the downstream channel appears to be adequately laid out on Plans C-1295A. This can be
checked against your easement documents to insure they agree. Also, the boundaries might be marked out to
be obvious to the developer who is working downstream.
If you have any questions concerning the alternatives or any other dam safety related item, please
feel free to give me a call at (970) 352-0259.
Sincerely,
~~
Michael D.
