Three alternatives were considered: <br /> <br />1.) No-action. <br />2.) Rehabilitate only Bull Creek Reservoir No.4 <br />3.) Enlarge Bull Creek Reservoirs Nos. 1 and 2 and rehabilitate Bull Creek Reservoir No.4 <br /> <br />SELECTED ALTERNATIVE <br /> <br />Alternative No.1, No Action, was considered unacceptable since it means the Reservoir <br />Company could not deliver sufficient water to its shareholders, and would lose senior water <br />rights. <br /> <br />Alternative No. 2 was ruled out because it likewise limits that amount of water available to <br />shareholders, and would still result in loss of senior water rights. <br /> <br />Alternative No. 3 was chosen as the preferred alternative, as it provides the best value to the <br />shareholders, preserves and enhances the Reservoir Company's resources, and allows the <br /> <br />Bull Creek Reservoir, Canal and Power Company <br />Bull Creek Reservoirs Nos. 1,2 and 4, Feasibility Study <br />May 31,2004 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 12 <br />
