South Platte Roundtable to recommend that the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board filly fund the Halligan-Seaman Water Management Project Shared <br />Vision Planning Model Project. Can Jul 8, 2008, the South Platte Roundtable voted <br />Y <br />unanimously to fund $25,435.00 for the ro'ect. The Roundtable now recommends that CWCB <br />p? <br />fund the remaining grant request submitted by the City of Greeley in the amount of $76,305.00. <br />Shared Vision Planning RSVP} is a collaborative stakeholder process intended to bring about a <br />more effective permitting process for water ro'ects. The Shared Vision Plannin Model will <br />p J g <br />incorporate operational, hydrologic, water rights, flow recommendations, as Drell as criteria for <br />ecological and biological components into a aver flow regime in order to fully assess reservoir <br />operations alternatives in the context of the re wired NEPA ermittin rocess. If successful <br />q p gp 9 <br />SVP could become a model for other water projects in the United States. <br />The Crrant Application Form for the project is included herein. Please note that the Halli an- <br />g <br />Seaman Water Management Project Shared Vision Planning Model Project is a partnership <br />consisting of the Cities of Fort Collins and Crreeley, North Poudre Irrigation Company, Werick <br />Creative Solutions, The Nature Conservancy, Colorado State University, AMEC Earth & <br />Environmental, Inc., and .three rural water providers.
