The applicant for such <br />study funding is Moffat County. <br />Regarding the Eligibility Requirements set out in the Criteria and Guidelines from <br />CWCB and IBCC: <br />1) During the May 7, 2008 Yampa-White Basin Roundtable meeting the Roundtable <br />members unanimously approved the application for the Sand Wash Basin study using <br />only statewide account funding. <br />2) The attached workplan describes the process to perform analysis of depletive effects <br />on water resources in the Sand Wash Basin. This study funding request by the Yampa. <br />White Roundtable tllacts tie requirement of requesting a `study or analysis of structural, <br />nonstructural, consumptive, and nonconsumptive water needs, projects, or activities." <br />3) Moffat County is eligible to apply for the grant as it is a unit of Local Government. <br />Thank you for considering this request.
