The water activity meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Part 2 of the Criteria and <br />Guidelines. <br />The proposed activity consists of a Feasibility Study to evaluate the potential for the Montezuma <br />Valley Irrigation Company to acquire the assets of the Summit Irrigation Company and merge <br />their service area and infrastructure into their current operations. The study will consider <br />enviNOnmental, institutional and operations issues, liabilities and wateN rights issues. This data will <br />be used to determine if the joining of the districts would be beneficial to the shareholders and <br />associated stakeholders in the area. <br />3
