Contract construction components to eligible parties. Provide construction management <br />oversight through to project completion. <br />• Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identifi who will undertake the <br />task: Levee construction: Ducks Unlimited will oversee project delivery through completion of the project. <br />Contractors will be selected through competitive bid processes as directed by federal guidelines. All permits <br />and clearances will be attained prior to constriction. <br />Description of the major deliverables/products that will be produced upon successful completion of the task: <br />Ducks Unlimited will deliver a completed project capable of delivering 2.500 acft of recharge credits <br />anrnuallv. <br />Task 5 <br />• Description of task: Secure a purchase and sale agreement and conduct due diligence for finalizing the <br />easement agreement <br />Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identifi who will undertake the <br />task: <br />1) Execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with landowner <br />2) Submit a PrelirninarN Propert< Inspection Report to DU for approval <br />3) Contract with professionals to complete the required due diligence including: <br />a. Baseline Documentation Report <br />b. Mineral Remoteness Report <br />c. NEPA Phase I Report <br />d. Easement Appraisal <br />e.
