For the well testing and evaluation portion of this application, TNC would wait to contract for services until the
decision by the C'WCB at its September 2008 meeting. Subsequently, it would seek to contract for the well
assessment during the first quarter q/'2009 and the appraisal during the second quarter of 2009. Following
the appraisal, TNC would evaluate what if any incentive it should offer to the well owner in question.
Additional funds would have to be raised for any, such retirement.
