Attach additional sheet(s) as needed. <br />The West Divide Water Conservancy District is a subdivision of the State of Colorado and <br />meets the eligibility requirements of the Account as a government. The District was formed in <br />1964 for the purposes of conserving and developing water resources within its boundaries. <br />The District currently supplies physical and legal water supplies to over 400 customers <br />situated along the Colorado River corridor from the Town of DeBeque to the City of <br />Glenwood Springs, in the Roaring Fork River watershed between Glenwood and Carbondale, <br />and in the Crystal River watershed. The District boundaries include portions of Garfield, <br />Pitkin and Mesa counties. <br />Supporters of the project include Jason and Jamye Sewell, who are the owners of agricultural <br />land within the Crystal River watershed. The proposed water storage sites that are the subject <br />of this application are located on the Sewell's Property. <br />The Colorado River Water Conservation District is also a supporter of the project. <br />2
