Diversion: <br />Blended (Ag., Municipal 2,000 acre-feet <br />Low Income) <br />CWCB Loan: Interest Rate: Term: <br />$254,520 (Including 1% fee) 2.35% 30 years <br />The Granby Ditch and Reservoir Company owns and ope rates the Granby Ditch and six reservoirs in <br />the Grand Mesa National Forest. Currently its Reser voir #12 has been restricted by five feet due to a <br />slump on the downstream face of the dam. The reha bilitation involves adding a toe drain collection <br />to help with seepage along the dam and constructi on a buttress to improve st ability. Repairing the <br />dam will allow the Company to regain an additional 259 AF of storage.
