Task #4: Strategic Planning and Membership Development
Sub-task 4. ~: Strategic Plan
In June 2008, the Foundation will begin along-range strategic planning process
that will include a review of current programs, desires of the water-user
community, needs of the general public and a financial assessment. The plan
will be ready for public distribution by February 2009 and will then be
implemented.
Subtask 4.2: Membership Development
In an effort to provide wider access to the Foundation's services, CFWE will
implement a review of our membership structure and benefits. Any needed
changes will be implemented before the Foundation undertakes a membership
drive in February 2009.
