The meeting was called to order by Chair, Travis Smith. <br />Eight voting members were present at the call to order, so a quorum was present (at least 6 required). <br />Voting members present were Chair Travis Smith, Vice Chair Don Schwindt, Harris Sherman, Keith <br />Catlin, John Redifer, Carl Trick, Eric Wilkinson, and Geoff Blakeslee. Barbara Biggs arrived after the <br />call to order.
