ELCO has not incurred any major obstacles at this time other than
getting a later start on the project than originally planned. ELCO had
originally planned to complete the garden in July 2008, but due to
ELCO's contractor's schedule, the start date was delayed.
Summary
ELCO has successfully completed Task 1 ~ 2. Materials for Task 4 have
been ordered and a final completion timeframe is scheduled for
September 2008.
