I , . --.---" ARTICLE IX NON-PROFIT STATUS No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributed to the members, officers or directors of the corporation, except that the cor- poration shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in Article III of these Articles of Incorporation. The corpora- tion shall be managed in conformity with the Colorado Non- profit Corporation Act. Notwithstanding-the above , i f the corporat-ion-i-s--- dissolved, liquidated, or terminated ~ithout a successor, all easements for the lateral owned by the corporation shall be conveyed to the fee owner across whose property such easement lies.
