The reservoirs are located as follows: <br /> <br />Rio Grande Reservoir, Sec. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, <br />and 16, T.40N., R.4W, and Sections 31 and 32, T.41N., R.4W., <br />N.M.P.M., Hinsdale County. It collects water from the Rio Grande <br />and its tributaries( with a capacity of 51,113 a.f.; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Santa Maria Reservoir, Sec. 16, 21, 22, 27, and 28, T.41N., <br />R.2W., N.M.P.M., Mineral County. It collects water from the <br />North Clear Creek, Bennett Creek, and Boulder Creek. Its inlet <br />.. ditch is located on the west or right bank of North Clear Creek, <br />approximately 5398.1 feet from the SE corner of Sec. 1, T. 41N., <br />R.3W.( N.M.P.M., with a capacity of 37(524 a.f.; <br /> <br />Continental Reservoir, Sec. 21, 28, and 29, T.42N., R.3W., <br />N.M.P.M., Hinsdale County. It impounds water from North Clear <br />Creek, with a capacity of 26,716 a.f. <br /> <br />. 18. Applicant currently has a storage agreemen~ with the <br />owner of the Rio Grande Reservoir which provides for the storage <br />and release of sufficient quantities of water necessary to meet <br />the requirements of the augmentation plan set forth herein. <br />Subject to approval of the Division Engineer( Applicant may also <br />make water available for augmentation by direct flow from the <br />Pine-River Weminuche Pass Ditch. <br /> <br />19. Applicant will attach standard informational forms to <br />well permit applications and supply such forms to the Division <br />Engineer for other types of structures in the plan for <br />augmentation. The standardized form utilized by Applicant shall <br />give sufficient information concerning the structure and the <br />proposed use of water to allow the Division Engineer to <br />accurately calculate the total d~pletion and the quantity and <br />timing of consumptive loss to the stream system. The State <br />Engineer and Division Engineer shall have the discretion to <br />determine the informational requirement of standardized forms. <br /> <br />20. Applicant shall submit these forms and any other <br />necessary reports showing the replacement requirement and <br />supporting information to the Division Engineer and the CWCB <br />immediately upon acceptance of each structure into the <br />Applicant's plan and shall submit reports showing uses of the <br />water to the Division Engineer by November 10th of each year( or <br />such other dates as are acceptable to the State Engineer. <br /> <br />13503 j :\SLVWCD\,u] ing-]O <br /> <br />A4 <br />
