How appropriation was initiated: At its regular meeting on January 25, <br />2006, the Colorado Water Conservation Board appropriated this water right pursuant to <br />the Rules Concerning the Colorado Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, 2 <br />CCR 408-2. <br /> <br />5. Arnount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of 0.7 cfs (March <br />1 - May 31), O. I cfs (June I - Oct 31), and 0.25 cfs (Nov 1 - Feb 28). <br /> <br />6. Rernarks: This appropriation is made pursuant to the prOVlSlons of <br />SS 37-92-102(3) and (4) and 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10), C.R.S. (2005). The purpose of <br />this appropriation by the State of Colorado is to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. At its regular meeting on May 17, 2006, the Board determined that <br />the natural environment will be preserved to a reasonable degree by the water available <br />for the appropriation to be made; that there is a natural environment that can be preserved <br />to a reasonable degree with the Board's water right herein, if granted; and that such <br />environment can exist without material injury to water rights. <br />
