Budget <br />The anticipated budget for this project will be $80,000 to $90,000. Approximately $30,000 will <br />be used for payments to cooperating farmers for fallowing their land. The remainder will be <br />utilized for salary to the Project Coordinato r, travel and operating expenses, equipment and <br />supplies, and demonstrations and workshops. <br />IV. Schedule <br />At each of the cooperating farms, the following schedule will be implemented for the proposed <br />4-year project. Two replicates will be prepar ed at each location, and each field will be 2.5 ac. <br />Field 2009 2010 2011 2012 <br />1 corn corn corn corn <br />2 Fallow corn corn corn <br />3 Fallow Fallow corn corn <br />4 Fallow Fallow Fallow corn <br />We hope that the Board will consider this pendi ng proposal in light of the limited resources <br />available for funding.
