The flow in Yellowjacket Canyon Creek is primarily the result of return <br />flows from transbasin diversions from the Dolores River by Montezuma Valley <br />Irrigation Company and its shareholders (MVTC} and Dolores Water <br />Conservancy District (DWCD).
