On behalf of the State of Colorado, Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), I would like to invite you to
participate in CWCB Rule Making Process for the revision ofthe State's floodplain rules and regulations. We are
formulating a "project advisory committee" and strongly believe your expertise, input and assistance will be invaluable
to the State of Colorado in this project. The revision of the 1987 Rules and Regulations will benefit all Coloradoans.
The Flood Protection Program staff has five members: Larry Lang, Brian Hyde, Tom Browning, Kevin Houck, and Joe
