We are <br />formulating a "project advisory committee" and strongly believe your expertise, input and assistance will be invaluable <br />to the State of Colorado in this project. The revision of the 1987 Rules and Regulations will benefit all Coloradoans. <br />The Flood Protection Program staff has five members: Larry Lang, Brian Hyde, Tom Browning, Kevin Houck, and Joe <br />Busto that will participate in this project as well.
