Parkville Water District and James <br />Neville filed timely Statements of Opposition and the time for filing additional Statements <br />of Opposition has passed. On November 12, 2007 Parkville Water District withdrew its <br />Statement of Opposition and the remaining party, James Neville, has reached a <br />stipulation with the CWCB and approves the terms contained herein. <br /> <br />On February 25, 2005, the Division Engineer submitted a Summary of <br />Consultation and the Referee has given it due consideration. <br /> <br />Having made such investigations as are necessary to determine whether the <br />statements in the Application are true and being fully advised with respect to the subject <br />matter of the Application; <br /> <br />THE WATER REFEREE FINDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
